The food was great. My salmon was my favorite. The Rasta pasta was also amazingggg!!! Service was top tier and management checked in with us as well about our overall experience which is always a plus! Everything top to bottom was on point! I most definitely recommend!!

I don't give a lot of 5 star ratings. This place truly deserves it. From the waiter to the chef, everyone was extremely friendly and inviting. The food was great. Everything we ordered was full of unique flavors. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they put out. Also they served me the best old fashioned I've ever had in Xenia. Great job, we will be back!

This was fantastic in terms of price, taste and service - and we travel all over the US. Our waitress Adara was fun, attentive and had great recommendations. We had Lobster Ravioli (added chicken too) and the Rasta Pasta with Salmon added (absolutely awesome) The rolls are a solid 10/10 We had half left over and we’re good eaters. 18$ bottle of wine and a 22% tip and we were out the door for under $100 Will absolutely be back…

A Memorable Meal at Upper Echelon We recently had a wonderful dining experience at Upper Echelon, a local gem in Xenia, Ohio. It's clear the owner's dedication shines through in every detail, from the inviting ambiance to the meticulously crafted dishes. Whether you're looking for a family dinner or a relaxed evening enjoying good music and drinks, Upper Echelon delivers. For our meal, I indulged in the lobster ravioli, which was absolutely phenomenal. My wife couldn't get enough of her glazed chicken, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the savory bacon ranch chicken flatbread. While I opted for a bottle of their delightful house wine to go (having already savored an Old Fashioned that rivaled those from high-end establishments), their drink menu is certainly worth exploring. Meeting the owner was a highlight. He's a genuinely respectable individual whose passion for creating unique and delicious food is evident in every bite. You can truly taste the heart he puts into his recipes. Discovering new local restaurants in the greater Dayton area is always a treat, and Upper Echelon has definitely earned a top spot on my list. I'm already looking forward to bringing friends and family to share this fantastic experience.

Out of towner looking for a nice place to have dinner. We had the lobster ravioli and pork chop dinner. Excellent! The Old Fashioned cocktails were perfect . This being a soft open for the business, I would recommend china instead of plastic plates a wine bar should have a good wine list.

It’s good. Food came out amazing. We came in from out of town and were pleasantly surprised. Owner came over and checked on us and gave a very warm welcome. Definitely come in and check out the place, the food is worth it. Vibe is great and you can relax. Come in if you have some time to relax as that is the mood. My order was the Tase of Freshness and a side order of grilled salmon. Total plus tax without tip was $23

We've dined here several times since June and each time you can tell they are dialing their processes in and doing their best to provide a quality dining experience. We recently held a small event (~15 people) and had a truly wonderful time Christine (I think that was her name) was amazing. My only advice for future events, is that if your party is more than 15 people, that back room may be a little cramped; it would also prove difficult if anyone in your party has mobility issues.

Shrimp app, deep fried veggie app, salmon dinner, chop steak, chimmy with 2 beers, 2 cokes, a marg ran us $109 which isnt bad at all. Owner came and met us he was amazing and also a cook. Our server eric and tiff were sweethearts deff will be back. The place is beautiful and clean and have music on thursdays and saturdays
